A 3 db 1143 m2-es, 3 db 984 m2-es és 1 db 492 m2-es nevelő épület mindegyike blokktégla falazatú és beton burkolatú. A mennyezet alatt hőszigeteléssel ellátott, fóliaborítású álmennyezet létesült, a tápellátás 15 valamint 25 tonnás silókból megoldott.
