Magyarország egyik leghangulatosabb kisvárosa Kőszeg, fantasztikus rendezvényekkel, egyedülálló történelmi belvárossal. Vas vármegye nyugati szélén, az Alpok keleti nyúlványai között, a Kőszegi-hegység lábánál, az osztrák határ mentén fekszik, Bécstől 110 km-re, Budapesttől 260 km-re, Graztól 130 km-re, Szombathelytől 18 km-re.

A belváros csendes mellékutcájában vált eladóvá ez az egyedi hangulatú ingatlan. A lakótér 83 m2, három szoba, konyha-étkező, fürdő+wc, háztartási helyiség és egy tágas előtér van kialakítva.
