There is everything you would not expect, a library room, a winter garden, a complete wellness section downstairs, with a sauna, a built-in jacuzzi, a shower and a spacious area for exercise machines and a treadmill! Of course, there are also the usual rooms, a clean entrance hall, 3 bright bedrooms (upstairs), 2 bathrooms (bathtub vs shower), restrooms on all three levels (one with a bidet), mechanized, beautiful kitchen with counter, dining room, pantry (as needed), tasteful living room with unique lighting and wall covering (you can find the square meters below).
