It can even be continued in its current function. There are few buildings in Szombathely that can be utilized in such a variety of ways. Here are the details: The building was built in 1997, and its energy modernization was completed 3 years ago. The brickwork received 10 cm graphite thermal insulation, and the windows and doors were replaced with 3-layer thermally insulated plastic. A condensing gas boiler was installed, which provides heating with radiators in the water blocks and underfloor heating in the other rooms. Van egy férfi, aki mert egy nagyot álmodni, Szombathely lakosságát akarta etetni-itatni. Eltelt 40 év és pihenésre vágyik, így átadná a staféta botot, hogy más is meglássa a lehetőséget a hely és az épület adottságaiban.

Az épület 1997-es építésű, melynek az energetikai modernizálása 3 éve megvalósult. A tégla falazat 10 cm-es grafitos hőszigetelést kapott, a nyílászárók 3 rétegű hőszigetelt műanyagra lettek cserélve.
Kondenzációs gázkazán került beépítésre, mely a vizesblokkoknál radiátoros, a többi helyiségnél padlófűtéses hőleadással biztosítja a fűtést.
Az épület nyugati oldalán lévő lapostető födémszerkezete tűzálló 50x25-ös fagerendákkal lett megépítve, mely helyet biztosít a napkollektoroknak és az 5 Kw-os napelemnek.
A napkollektorokhoz 3 db 300 l-es puffertartály tartozik, mely a teljes melegvíz-ellátást biztosítja.
A belső terek gipszkarton falazattal lettek elválasztva, így az épület belső kialakítása könnyen változtatható.

Az épület előtti terasz betonozott alappal rendelkezik, térkő burkolattal, melyen pár éve egy könnyűszerkezetes 64 m2-es télikert is helyet kapott. Ennek hűtéséről és fűtéséről klíma gondoskodik.

A földszint alapterülete 298 m2+ 64 m2 a télikert
Az emelet 65.7 m2. Itt lett kialakítva a toronyszoba mely egyedi kialakításával fokozza az épület különleges hangulatát.
A telek délkeleti sarkában egy, jelenleg tárolóként funkcionáló 30 m2-es épületet találunk, melyből garázs is kialakítható.

A telek:
1939 m2 lejtős telek, a domboldal és a ház között támfal erősítéssel.
LK3,v övezeti besorolású, szabadon álló beépítési móddal 30%-os beépíthetőséggel, 6,5 m-es építménymagasság engedélyezett.
A parkosított udvar teljesen körbekerített, a Sétány felől kovácsolt vas kerítéssel határolt. Az autóbehajtó és a közlekedő útvonalak térkövezettek.

A környezet:
A Jókai Mór utca melletti park, Szombathely népszerű angolparkja. A Szépítő Egyesület kezdeményezésére eredetileg füvészkertnek készült. Növényállománya a bogáti, körmendi és horpácsi gyűjteményes kertekből származik, javarészt adományként.
Jellegzetes építmény a parkban a víztorony, mely 1898-ban épült, ma ipari műemlék. Itt állt a kioszk a hajdani szökőkút közelében.
Szombathely Kálvária utcájában, a park végén áll Szent István szobra, melyet 1996-ban állítottak, a millecentenárium tiszteletére.
A parkot liliomfák, tulipánfák, tölgyek, juharok, fenyők, tiszafák, platánok díszítik.
Pár perces sétatávolságra található a megújult Emlékmű és a Csónakázó-tó.

Az Álom:
Az elsődleges álom, hogy az épület boldoggá tegye az új tulajdonosát is. Akár jelenlegi vendéglátó funkciójával venné meg, akár egy család valósítaná meg itt új otthonát, vállalkozását.
