For this very reason, a material was chosen for the cladding of the exterior and interior walls of the building, which is easy to maintain and clean, and can be renewed with a simple wash. Thus, the outer covering of the house is exposed concrete and Trespa covering, both weather and UV-resistant, easy to clean and washable, does not require much maintenance and will remain beautiful forever. Most of the interior walls are made of concrete with a unique look, among which there is a place on each frequented concrete wall, a unique concrete work of art, which, as required by minimalist architecture, serves as a truly unique decoration for the house. In addition to the many special features of the house, the custom-made, one-piece wooden staircase reinforced with steel plates should definitely be highlighted. Minden szempontból egyedi, minimalista, öko- ház, a szegedi Art Hotel tervezőjének munkája, Új-Szeged egyik legszebb telkén!

A holt- Maros partra közvetlen kijárattal rendelkező telek 907 m2-es, az ingatlan 160 m2-es belső szintes kialakítású, mely tökéletesen alkalmas akár két gyermekes család számára is.

A ház a legmodernebb technológiával készült mely kialakítása során szempont volt, hogy a beépített anyagok, a burkolatok hosszú távon – akár élethossziglan- megőrizzék szépségüket, ezáltal a ház tartós esztétikai élmény maradjon. Éppen emiatt az épület külső fal burkolatának és belső falai burkolatául is olyan anyag került kiválasztásra, mely könnyen karbantartható, tisztítható, egy egyszerű lemosással újjá varázsolható. Így a ház külső burkolata látszó beton és Trespa burkolat, mindkettő időjárás és UV- álló, könnyen tisztítható mosható, nagy karbantartást nem igényel és örök életre szép marad. A beltéri falak nagy része is egyedi latszó beton, melyek között helyet kapott egy-egy frekventált betonfalon egy -egy egyedi beton képzőművészeti alkotás, mely a minimalista építészet által megkívánt módon igazán egyedi díszéül szolgál a háznak. A ház számos különlegessége mellett mindenképpen kiemelendő az egyedi gyártású, egy darabból kivágott, acél lemezekkel megerősített fa lemezlépcső.
Épület jellemzői:
Alapozás dugó alap, lábazat zárt céllás szigeteléssel. Passzív jellegű lábazat. A talaj és a padló között is szigetelve van. (Zárt cellas 10 cm es)
Oldal falak Porotherm 38 cm tégla a falak, ragasztott tégla, nem habarcsos ,10 cm kőzet gyapot szigetelés a külsején. Továbbá 5 cm zárt cellás szigetelés a beton homlokzat alatt.
A födém is 20 cm zárt cellás szigetelést kapott.
