A ház alapjául szolgáló egykori - 100 éves - épülethez a hatvanas években építették hozzá a ház jelenlegi lakórészét. A földszinten egy rendkívül látványos és tágas nappali, egy szoba, fürdőszoba, konyha és tárolók kerültek kialakításra. Emellett a földszinten van a ház “régi” része, mely egy tárolóból, egy nagyon különleges hangulatú, boltíves teremből és az abból nyíló nagy pincéből áll.
