Eladóvá vált ez az Oszkó-i 1901-es építésű, eredeti vályog parasztház, mely mai napig őrzi hamisítatlan báját, közel 3200m2-es területtel. A két lakóhelységes ingatlan mérete a korábbi melléképületek alapterületével bővíthető. A száraz épületbe a villany be lett vezetve, egy korabeli kemence őrzi a régi idők hangulatát valamint fagerendás mennyezete. Gázcsonk a telken kívül található, víz és szennyvíz bevezetve a telekre. A Hegypásztor Kör eredetileg a szőlőhegy népi műemlékeinek védelmére jött létre, de napjainkban a falusi turizmus szervezésével is foglalkozik, és teleházat is működtet. A látnivalók közül elsősorban a középkori eredetű, bár többszörösen átépített plébániatemplomot és a szőlőhegyi présházakat említhetjük, de figyelmet érdemelnek a világháborús emlékművek, a temetői emlékhely és a XIX–XX. századi út menti kőkeresztek is.
