This family house is for sale in a quiet street of Orfű, a few minutes' walk from the beach, but away from the summer noise. Orfű csendes utcájában, pár percnyi sétára a parttól, de távol a nyári zsivajtól eladó ez a jelenleg vendégházként működő, de lakóháznak is tökéletes családi ház.
A 954 nm-es, ősfás telken lévő, nettó 202 nm-es ház 1989-ben épült, de 2019-ben teljes és alapos felújításon esett át. Ekkor a vezetékektől kezdve, mindent felújításra került, így az új tulajdonosnak egy gyakorlatilag költségmentes ház kerül a birtokába.
A telken még két különálló kisház található. Egyik a wellness ház (20 nm), ahol szauna és fürdő/wc is található, míg a másik egy rendezvényház (34 nm), ahol nagy étkező/partihely és konyha kapott helyet. A telek ezen része nagy fenyőfák általi jótékony árnyékban van, így nyáron igen kellemes helyet biztosít a vendégeknek vagy akár a tulajdonosnak is.

A házban jelenleg 5 külön apartman üzemel, melyek cca 2000 vendégéjszakát biztosítanak az üzemeltetőnek. Az apartmanok könnyen összenyithatóak, így ha lakóháznak szeretné valaki használni, akkor ezt kis befektetéssel tudja megoldani.

A ház akár vendégházként, akár egy család nyaralójaként/házaként üzemel majd tovább, a lokációja miatt mindkét funkcióra tökéletessé teszi. A Mecsekrákosi utca mentes az átmenő forgalomtól, zajtól, a házak többségét felújították, vagy épp felújítják, jellemzően állandó lakosok laknak itt.
