Eladó a Lenti hegyen, csendes, jól megközelíthető részen ez a lehetőségekkel teli kis boronapince. Akár hétvégi háznak, de ha csak gazdálkodni szeretne, annak is tökéletes. A területen 30 db termő gyümölcsfa (alma, meggy, cseresznye, szilva....) 33 sor szőlő és pár diófa található. A területen kialakításra került egy kisebb konyhakert és néhány részen virágoskert is gazdagítja ezt a madárcsicsergős tájat. Az utca végén erdő van, ez remek túrázási lehetőséget nyújt.
