A lenti hegyhez tartozó Máhomfai hegyen eladó sorba került ez a pici boros pince. Ideális hétvégi háznak. Alapja beton, falazat tégla. Az épület mögött közvetlenül található egy kis fás tároló is, ami a téli tüzelő tárolására bőven elég. A terület nem nagy hozzá, mindösszesen 617 nm, de legalább kevesebb a munka, mint egy nagy területen. A telken 50 tő szőlő és egy szelíd gesztenye fa található. Az ingatlanba a villany be van vezetve, a víz a hegyi úton megy a pince előtt megtalálható, így a rákötése is egyszerű. A szomszédok rendezettek, mindenki rendbe tartja a saját portáját.
