A 120 square meter family house is for sale in a quiet area in the Csepel - Királyerdő area (240 square meters including the built-in attic). The exterior decorative cladding of the house is made of timeless, first-class Croatian limestone. Such famous old and contemporary buildings are decorated with such limestone as Diocletian's Palace, the White House, the Pentagon, and it is also used for restoration in old Venetian buildings. The reason for this is its durability: its high resistance to water, high strength and frost resistance! It is an excellent location for even a social gathering thanks to the design of the room above and the quality equipment of the bathroom: spacious corner bathtub, sophisticated washbasin, toilet. The kitchen area also has all the equipment for cooking and baking. The windows are large here too. The building originally had a wooden ceiling. The false ceiling is mounted on steel supports. The house has air conditioning, which ensures the right temperature, and is also equipped with smart connectors, an alarm system, and cameras. The property is available for immediate move-in. Csepel - Királyerdő területén, kertesházi, csendes övezetben eladó egy 120 négyzetméteres családi ház (a beépített tetőtérrel együtt 240 négyzetméteres). A ház külső díszítő burkolata időtálló, elsőosztályú horvát mészkő. Olyan neves régi illetve jelenkori épületeket díszít ilyen mészkő, mint Diocletianus palota, Fehér Ház, Pentagon továbbá ezt használják restauráláshoz a velencei régi épületeknél. Ennek oka az időtállósága: vízzel szembeni nagyfokú ellenállása, nagy szilárdsága és fagyálló tulajdonsága!  A tetőtér egy külön privát szférát biztosít (konyha, fürdőszoba, étkező, tágas nappali/hálószoba). A ház, jelenlegi tulajdonosa által folyamatosan karbantartott illetve a legtöbb munkálatot is ő végezte a ház kialakításában, bővítésében, a belső terek dekorációjában . Az udvar hátsó részében egy nagyméretű tároló is helyet kapott, mely akár műhelyként, irodaként is működhet. Benne egyedi szekrényekkel, bárpulttal, melyek a tulajdonos saját keze munkáját dicsérik. A tároló a kerttel könnyen egybenyitható, ezt ízlésesen kialakított fa tolóajtók oldják meg. A tetőtér belmagassága nem éri el a 190 centimétert. Kényelmi funkciói mindazonáltal kiépítettek. Akár egy társas összejöveteleknek is kiváló helyszín a fenti szoba kialakításának köszönhetően illetve a fürdőszoba minőségi berendezésnél fogva: tágas sarokkád, igényes mosdókagyló, toalett. A konyhai résznél is minden eszköz adott a főzéshez - sütéshez. Az ablakok nagyméretűek itt is. Az épület eredetileg fafödémes. Az álmennyezet acél tartókra szerelt.
A házban légkondicionáló gondoskodik a megfelelő hőmérsékletről, okos konnektorokkal is felszerelt illetve riasztórendszerrel, kamerákkal.
