Az ingatlan Úrkút északi részén található, rendezett falusias környezetben, a Temető utca végén, egyik oldalról fás erdős terület határolja. 1994-ben kezdett építés, eredeti funkcióként Ifjúsági tábor, a terveket 2009-ben módosították,a 94-ben tervezett épület valamivel több mint kb. 1/3-da épült meg, részben fszt+tt.kialakítással, befejezése szükséges lenne, a 2009-es módosítás szerint a II.és III. ütemben való építés és a kilátó torony építés módosult akképpen, hogy a még tervezett hátralévő épületrészek II.és III. ütemben épülnek, a kilátó építése pedig elmarad.
Azóta az építés ebben az állapotában található. A műszaki kivitelezés %-ban kifejezve kb. 65-70%-os, de a 1994-ben megépült épületrészben már szerkezeti és egyéb károsodások láthatóak. az I. ütem, jelenleg látható meglévő épület.
