Kaposváron, a Zrínyi utcában kínáljuk megvételre ezt az 50 m2-es kertkapcsolatos lakást. Az utcáról szárazkapun keresztül jutunk az L alakú épület udvarába, innen nyílik a lakás. Kis előtérbe lépünk, jobbra található a nagyobb, balra a kisebb szoba, szemben a konyha, valamint egy közlekedő, ahonnan elérhető a kisszoba mögött lévő fürdő, illetve a konyha mögött kialakított kamra. Fűtése egyedi gázos, konvektoros. A lakás felújításra szorul, de a tető már új lemezborítást kapott, nemrégen cserélték. Modernizálás után kellemes otthona lehet akár idősebbeknek, akár fiataloknak. Mivel a lakás a ház hátsó részén helyezkedik el, mindkét szoba ablaka a kertre néz, így csendes, nyugodt. Buszmegálló közel van, de gyalog is könnyen, gyorsan elérhető a belváros.
