A lakást a tulajdonosa saját használatra alakította ki, de a Budapestre költözése óta rövidtávú kiadásra hasznosítja. A lakás Memi Pasa fürdője fölött található, aminél jobb helyet a belvárosban nehéz találni. Nincs autóforgalom, gyakorlatilag a belváros szíve, de a hangosabb rendezvények elkerülik. Ez egyaránt fontos, akár lakhatásra, akár bérbeadásra vásárolja meg a leendő tulajdonos.
Fontos, hogy a lakáshoz bérelhető/vásárolható a háztömb parkolójában - akár fedett - parkoló is.

A lakást 2015-ben építették egy történelmi épületben, melynek gyakorlatilag csak a homlokzata maradt a régi. A tömbben 11 lakás található, 3 ezen a szinten. A lakás falai hő- és hangszigetelő réteggel ellátottak.
