Kis lakás számú társasház a rendszeres karbantartásnak köszönhetően nagyon kellemes és barátságos. A lakást pár éve újították fel teljeskörűen. A lakás egyedi hangulatát a közel 500cm-es belmagasság , az eredeti de felújított nyílászárók és az ízléses berendezés együttese adja. A felújítás során újragondolták az alaprajzot. A tágas , étkezős konyha a csendes belső frontra néz, a nappali utcai nézetű, melynek légterét kihasználva egy plusz hálószoba került kialakításra, a belső fronton egy dolgozó és vendég szoba került elhelyezésre ahol szintén belső kétszintes kialakítás mellett döntöttek. A lakás tájolása DK illetve DNy így közvetlenül besüt a nap. A fürdőszoba mellett praktikus mosókonyha került kialakításra ahol rekuperátor is helyet kapott.
