Az eredetileg szendvicspanelekből készült nyaralót pár éve bővítették, és ekkor került kialakításra a konyha, fürdőszoba és + 1 hálószoba. A bővítés ytongból készült. A vízvezetékek ekkor lettek beépítve, a villanyvezetékek nem lettek cserélve.
