4778. Agárdon, közvetlenül a Velencei-tó partján fekvő, földszint + 3 emeletes kialakítású, 66 duplaágyas, fürdőszobás vendégszobával rendelkező szálloda épület, a hozzá kapcsolódó földszintes étterem-konyha melléképülettel, 5914 m2-es telken eladó.

A szálloda környezetében található vízi sportiskola, hajókikötő és strand, a vonatállomás, központ pár perces sétával elérhető.

Az épületek a 60-as évek második felében épültek, azóta jelentősebb átalakítás nem történt, a belső burkolatokat cserélték és a szobák eredeti vizesblokkjai kerültek átalakításra. Az épület modern, vasbeton keretes tartószerkezetekkel épült: pontalapozással, vasbeton keretekkel vegyesen alkalmazott tégla falakkal, vasbeton födémmel. A tartószerkezetek állapota megfelelő, műszaki szempontból az épületek üzemképesek, azonban a mai kor követeményeinek megfelelően az épületek teljes műszaki és esztétikai megújulása szükséges.
