Pomázon, a „Messelia” domb tetején eladó egy 886 m² alapterületű zártkerti telek, amelynek utcafrontja körülbelül 15 m széles.
A villanyoszlop a telek sarkánál, az utcában található.
A környéken többnyire nyaralók, hétvégi telkek találhatók, de az utóbbi években egyre többen itt találták meg az állandó életvitelt és építettek állandó lakhatásra is alkalmas ingatlanokat.
A megengedett 3%-os alapterületű beépíthetőséggel (mind a terepszint felett és alatt) akár egy közel 60 m²-es hasznos lakóterület is beépíthető, ha figyelembe vesszük az emeleti/ráépítés lehetőségét is.

Az ingatlannyilvántartásban, zártkert, szőlő művelési ágban (II-es minőségi osztályban, és 8,62 aranykorona szorzóval) ezért quasi termőföldként egzisztál.
Az adás-vétel a „kifüggesztéses eljárás” szabályai szerint történik.

A helyi építési szabályzat alapján „MK”, azaz kertes mezőgazdasági övezetben.
