This gives you a pre-emptive right to purchase the remaining parts and the neighboring areas. Buildings cannot be placed in the zone because it is a zone of protected forests with Evv classification, primarily for protection purposes. Forest management can only take place taking into account nature conservation interests.

A Szentendrei-sziget horányi részén eladó a 062/10 helyrajzi számú erdős területből 820 nm-es rész.
Ezzel elővásárlási jogot szerez a többi részére, illetve a szomszédos területekre is.
Az övezetben épületet elhelyezni nem lehet, mert Evv besorolású, elsődlegesen védelmi rendeltetésű, védett erdők övezete.
Erdőgazdálkodás csak a természetvédelmi érdekek figyelembevételével történhet.
