An 880 m2 building plot is for sale in a quiet street in Öskü. It can be accessed via a solid paved road, the paved road continues inside the plot, which can be used later and retained as an internal road. It is not possible to develop additional plots on the other side of the dirt road, the peace remains. The area is not currently fenced. The zoning classification is Lf-3, i.e. 30% can be built on, building height is 4.8m. A bus stop and a train stop (Budapest-Szombathely line) are a 5-6 minute walk away, there are two small shops, and there are also supermarkets in Várpalota and Veszprém. There is an 8-grade primary school in the village. The prevailing wind direction is N-NW. Rainwater does not remain within the plot, it simply runs off and seeps into the rocky soil. There are no and are not expected to be any power lines over the plot, there is no significant air traffic here, and the air is almost always clean. The construction of a dug or drilled well is possible, but the construction of a cellar is not permitted. There is also a spring with good water nearby, where there is water even in the worst drought. A steam locomotive can occasionally be observed on the nearby railway line, but modern trains run surprisingly quietly, so they are not at all disturbing.

Eladó Öskü nyugalmas utcájában egy 880 m2-es építési telek.
Szilárd burkolatú úton megközelíthető, a burkolt út a telek belsejében is folytatódik, ami később felhasználható, megtartható belső útként.
Közművek az utcában találhatók:
* villany néhány méterre, stabil a hálózat, áramszünet nem jellemző
* gáz, víz, szennyvízcsatorna közvetlenül a telek előtt,

* szélessávú mobil internet elérhető.
* kommunális hulladékszállítás csütörtökön, szelektív kéthetente.

Az utcafronti telekszélesség 34m, a telek mélysége kb 28m.
A telek egyik fele kismértékben lejtős, a másik fele közel vízszintes.
A talajszerkezet sziklás, ami ház alapozáshoz előnyös, de a területen nagy mennyiségű termőtalaj is található, amiből szükség esetén lehet elteríteni.
Az ide építhető lakóház az utca utolsó háza lesz. A telek tehát saroktelek két közvetlen szomszéddal. Jelenleg földúton lehet továbbhaladni két irányba a forrás illetve a vasútállomás felé, itt szinte kizárólag gyalogosforgalom van. A földút túloldalán további telkek kialakítása nem lehetséges, marad a nyugalom.
A terület jelenleg nincs körbekerítve.
Az övezeti besorolás Lf-3, azaz 30% beépíthető, építménymagasság 4,8m.
Buszmegálló és vasúti megállóhely (Budapest-Szombathely vonal) 5-6 perc sétára van, kis bolt kettő is van, illetve áruházak Várpalotán és Veszprémben. A faluban 8 osztályos általános iskola van.
Az uralkodó szélirány É-ÉNy. Csapadékvíz a telken belül nem marad, egyszerűen lefolyik, és a sziklás talajban elszivárog. A telek felett nincs és várhatóan nem is lesz áthúzott villanyvezeték, itt nincs jelentős légiforgalom, és a levegő szinte mindig tiszta.
Ásott illetve fúrt kút létesítése lehetséges, de pince építését nem engedélyezik. A közelben jó vízű forrás is található, ahol a legnagyobb aszályban is van víz. A közeli vasútvonalon időnként gőzmozdony is megfigyelhető, de a modern vonatok meglepően halk futásúak, így egyáltalán nem zavaró.
