Tótszerdahely csendes utcájában, nem messze a horvát határtól vált eladóvá ez a jól alakítható, felújítást igénylő 120m2 alapterülettel rendelkező családi ház közel 1000m2-es telekkel.
A családi ház a 70-es években tégla alapokra épült és tégla falazattal rendelkezik. ( A ház belső falazatán, vizesedés nyomai látszanak) Tetőfedés francia cserép.
