Eladásra kínálok Lentihez közel, Pákán, azon belül is Dömeföldén egy remek kis házat, amit úgy alakít az ember ahogy azt szeretné, jelenleg 50 nm a hasznos alapterülete, de igény esetén egy ajtó kialakításával, közvetlen az épület melletti tároló/melléképülettel plusz 20 nm teret nyerhet.
Jelenleg villany és víz be van vezetve. Fürdőszoba nem lett kialakítva. Az épület mennyezeti része, szép gerendás, ezek korukhoz képest nagyon jó állapotúak.
Az udvaron található még egy kisebb tyúk és disznó ól, egy kerti WC és egy jó nagy terület, ami minden évben rengeteg zöldséget termett. A terület legvége erdős, jó túrázási és gombászási terület, ahol séta közben a Válicka patakkal találkozunk, tehát romantikája az van.
A ház felújítandó, de remek helyen van és jelen állapota miatt nem kell azon aggódni mit hogy alakít ki az ember.
A ház alapja tégla, falazata is tégla. Gáz igény esetén beköttethető és csatornázás is van a faluban, amire igény esetén rá lehet csatlakozni.
