Bános is the part of Orfű where it is perhaps the best place to live. Wonderful panorama, clean air, silence, hardly any neighbors… But the lakeside is 2 minutes by car, a little more by foot or bike. This way, you can enjoy the silence in winter and summer, because you never hear the noise of the beach and the holiday homes. Here, in Bános, this house, which was completely renovated in 2016, is located on a 1200 sqm flat plot. If desired, the plot can be expanded to 4200 sqm. The ground floor of the two-story house shares a large living room, kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom opening from it, a separate toilet and an entrance hall. Although the kitchen is one air space with the living room, it is still well separated from the living room. The living room has a smaller, cozy part that could be separated into a wardrobe, children's room, etc., although it would be a shame because it currently functions as a very good reading/work corner. The living room opens - through a huge glass door - to the terrace, which offers a truly magnificent panorama. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms and a spacious, bright bathroom/toilet. Bános Orfű azon része, ahol talán a legjobb lakni. Csodás panoráma, tiszta levegő, csönd, szomszédok alig… De a tópart autóval 2 perc, sétával, bicajjal persze kicsit több. Így viszont télen-nyáron lehet élvezni a csöndet, mert sosem hallatszik fel a strand és a nyaralók zaja.

Itt, Bánoson található ez a 2016-ban teljeskörűen felújított ház, egy 1200 nm-es sík telken. Igény esetén a telek akár 4200nm-re is bővíthető. A kétszintes ház földszintjén nagy nappali, konyha, háló- és egy ebből nyíló fürdőszoba, egy külön wc és előszoba osztozik. A konyha bár egy légtér a nappalival, mégis jól elszeparált a nappali életterétől. A nappalinak van egy kisebb, hangulatos része, amit akár le is lehet választani egy gardróbnak, gyermekszobának, stb., bár kár lenne érte, mert jelenleg nagyon jó olvasó/dolgozósarokként működik.
A nappaliból nyílik - hatalmas üvegajtón át - a terasz, ami egészen pazar panorámát kínál.
Az emeleten további két hálószobát és egy tágas, világos fürdő/wc-t találunk.
A felső szintnek saját külső lépcsője is van, így akár két teljesen elszeparált lakrészre is bontható a ház, ha esetleg két generáció szeretne együtt lakni.
A házban 2016-ban fel a teljes víz- és villanyhálózatot felújították és ekkor kerültek kicserélésre a nyílászárók, burkolatok is.

A ház fűtéséről egyrészt a vízteres és rendkívül hangulatos cserépkályha és a rákötött radiátorok, másrészről az emeleti hűtő/fűtő klímák gondoskodnak.

A tető által gyűjtött esővíz ciszternában gyűlik, így az jól jön a locsoláskor.
