Lepsény is a settlement in the southwestern part of Fejér county, on the border of Veszprém county, on the Enyingi ridge, which was formed at the intersection of important roads and railway lines. Lepsény Fejér megye dél-nyugati részén, Veszprém megye határán, az Enyingi-hátságon fekvő település, mely fontos utak és vasútvonalak kereszteződésénél alakult ki. A Balatontól mindössze 6 km-re lévő községnél találkozik a Nagykanizsa-Budapest fővonal a Győr-Veszprém-Dombóvár vasútvonallal. A település előnyös földrajzi fekvéséből adódik kedvező közúton való megközelíthetősége is; mind Budapest és a megyeszékhely, Székesfehérvár és az attól észak- észak-nyugatra fekvő, mind a Veszprém megyei, Balaton parti helyek jó állapotú utakon (M7 autópálya, 7 és 8 sz. főút) nagyon rövid idő alatt elérhetőek.

A csaknem 7 hektáros terület egy csodálatos őspark, melyet egyik oldalról a Cinca-patak határol. A műemlékileg védett ingatlanterület legjelentősebb épülete a kúria épülete. Az épület egy része az idők során teljesen megsemmisült, és a megmaradt épületrész állapota is rohamosan romlott.
