Kulcson a Sőtér sétányon eladó egy két szintes teljes körűen felújított ház.

Földszinten előszoba, nappali + konyha helyiség került kialakításra, elektromos padlófűtéssel és egy hűtő-fűtő klímával. Az emeletre egy zárt lépcsőház vezet, ahol  egy nagy szoba 21 m2 és egy fürdőszoba (wc, épített zuhany, villany bojler) található.
