Az ingatlanra támogatott hitel és a CSOK nem vehető fel. Kb. 60% önerővel viszont lakáshitel igényelhető rá. Oka, hogy a telek zártkerti besorolású, az ingatlan viszont át lett minősítve lakóházzá.  

 

 

KÖRNYÉK, ELÉRHETŐSÉG

Győrszentiván központjához közel található ez a ház, aszfaltos útról megközelíthető.

A ház 30 cm-es tégla falazattal épült, melyre 10 cm szigetelés került. Ablakok, ajtók hő és hangszigetelt, fából készültek redőnnyel, szúnyoghálóval, szép állapotúak.

 

A ház mögött megtalálható egy kis dísztó aranyhalakkal. Ezt követően szintén balkéz felől egy oldalról nyitott nyári konyha következik kemencével, mosogatóval, sparhelttel. A fa szerkezetű filagória (kb 20 m2) betoncserépfedést kapott, nagyszerű hely ez baráti összejövetelekre, kinti főzőcskére.

A kiülő mögött található egy 3 személyes jakuzzi, ami szintén marad, ha igény van rá. Tovább haladva a telken jobbkéz felől beton alapra épült egy 18 m2-es, könnyűszerkezetes szerszámtároló, szintén betoncserép fedéssel, ennek egyik oldalához csatlakozik egy fedett, oldalról nyitott tároló.

A telek hátsó részében körbekerített tyúkól és veteményes található, illetve sok gyümölcsfa, míg a telek végét egy keskeny akácos fasor határolja.
