A ház az 1990-es években épült, az alsó szint téglából, vasbeton födémmel. A felső szint egy része könnyűszerkezetes (szendvicspanel), egy része ytong falazatú. Külső 10 cm-es Nikecell szigetelést kapott, belül gipszkarton borítást, a könnyűszerkezetes része speciális dupla szigetelő táblákat. A padlástérben üveggyapot, és 2 sor Nikecell is le lett téve, így a ház nem igényel klímát, így is kellemesen hűvös.
A jó hőtartását szolgálják az új termo üvegezésű műanyag nyílászárók is.
