The fun place for children - both small and large - is their own, completely flat playground. There are also about 40 fruit trees and acacias on the estate, and if that were not enough, it can even be expanded with several more contiguous hectares. The garden has an irrigation system, which receives water from its own drilled well. There is space for parking several cars within the estate, the main parking lot is opened with an electric gate.

A ház Balatonberénytől és Balatonkeresztúrtól pár percnyi autóútra helyezkedik el, megközelítése minden évszakban probléma nélkül megoldott.
A háromszintes ház minden szintjén külön fürdőszoba és wc van, ráadásul az alsó és a felső két szintre külön bejáraton is bejuthatunk, így a lehetőség adott 3 különálló apartman kialakítására.

Az alsó szinten nagy, teraszkapcsolatos nappali, konyha, háló, fürdő/wc és egy nagy tároló (itt kapott helyet a ház gépészete) van.

A ház belső hangulata
