Cinkotán és Budaörsön szoba kiadó  hosszabb távon házmesterkedésért, esetleg ezermesteri feladatokkal különdíjas megegyezéssel leinformálható párnak v.egyedülállónak (nemdohányzó, otthon dolgozó, v.nyugdíjas bicóval,robogóval, járművel előnyben).
