Apartment for rent, Budapest, District XI

Translated text
For rent on Bertalan Lajos Street, in the heart of the 11th district, a 47 sqm, 2-room, 1st-floor, quiet apartment with separate entrances. It is located on the 1st floor of a very nice, elevator-equipped, civic building, its windows face the inner courtyard, so it is very quiet. It is the last apartment in the mezzanine, so there is no passage in front of it. The kitchen and bathroom of the apartment were renovated a few years ago and are fully mechanized (fridge-freezer, oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine). The rooms open separately from the hallway and are unfurnished. The heating is solved with a new type of gas convector and a cooling-heating air conditioner. A small wardrobe room opens from the larger room, which can be used as storage. There is also a small storage room above the bathroom. The overheads are very favorable, the property has low consumption, the common cost is 10,200 HUF/month. It is expected to be ready to move in from September.
